Artemether/Lumefantrine 80/480mg is a fixed-dose artemisinin-based combination therapy (ACT) used for the treatment of uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria in adults and children weighing 25 kg or more. It is a first-line recommended treatment on the WHO Essential Medicines List and NHIS formulary.

Each pack contains 30 tablets for a complete 3-day course (6 doses). Artemether rapidly reduces parasite load while lumefantrine provides a prolonged effect to eliminate remaining parasites.
